A small enclave of only 17 homes, Fox Hollow in Manassas, Virginia is a quaint neighborhood.  Built between 1998 – 2000 by Calvert Homes, there were three models from which to choose including the Talbot with an ample 5,775 sq ft including finished basement, the Windsor with 4,476 sg ft with a  finished basement and the Calvert.  Although there are no public amenities, many of these executive-style homes feature swimming pools.  Lots in Fox Hollow begin at just under ½ and acre and go to as large as 2 ¾ acres so there is still plenty of room for a football game. In addition, there is ample open space to walk the dog or stretch your legs. As of May of 2017, homes sold for between $530,000 to $575,000.

Fox Hollow subdivision is conveniently located on Hoadly Road, directly across from Benton Middle School and Marshall Elementary. Less than ½ mile away are retail establishments featuring a grocery store (Food Lion), a hardware store (Ace Hardware) and a couple of family restaurants.  About a mile away is another retail area with a pharmacy and gym.

There are several recreational opportunities in the Fox Hollow neighborhood area.  The Dumfries road paved bike trail is ½ mile away which allows Prince William homeowners the opportunity to bike almost 15 miles on a safe, multi-use paved surface. The George Hellwig Memorial Park is 1 ½ miles down the road and offer activities like soccer, softball, baseball, basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds and hiking trails.
